“Growing up, I was always conscious of my body based on the numbers on the scale…

I used to follow extreme diets and workout routines. While they showed results, I always felt unmotivated and exhausted. The day I fell sick for two weeks straight, I decided to break the cycle of chasing the ‘perfect weight’.

Does my weight affect me now? Yes, it still does. 

However, I have stopped using extreme methods for weight loss. I have changed my eating habits and exercise more regularly now.

Today I am happier than I’ve been in a while and I love myself.

“Good habits are as addictive as bad habits but much more rewarding.” Start by changing your daily habits and the changes will show, trust me! “
